- Flexible Manufacturing Systems (FMS): Provides true "lights out" manufacturing. Multiple commercial and/or custom machines integrated with robots and conveyors, performing machining, assembly, testing and/or functional inspection; monitoring tool performance and condition, providing for offline or automated setup changes and product turnover, incorporating RDM, RNC and other factory integration and automation systems.

- Integration of existing equipment into manufacturing cells. Add conveyors, robots, positioners, inspection/measuring, vision, functional test or S.P.C. monitoring and much more integrated to existing machines to yield unsurpassed productivity! One operator may run the same equipment that previously required several.
- Automation Systems & Special Machines: We can meet your specific requirements building Machining Centers, Cutting, forming, rolling and stamping systems, Assembly and functional test systems. Finishing, packaging and labeling equipment, Integration of conveyor, robotic, screw, pneumatic/vacuum or electronic x/y positioning and/or material handling systems, Systems can include the automatic change over and setup of tooling, jigs and fixtures drastically reducing setup and increasing productivity.
- Tooling, Jigs, Fixtures: Manually actuated or machine controlled devices to hold parts for any machining, assembly or finishing operations, built in go/no-go inspection. We specialize in designing and building “qualified” tooling that meets “SMED” setup requirements.
- Qualified tooling systems: custom fit to the application to eliminate/reduce setup, scrap. The ultimate in quick change tooling systems to drastically reduce setup and/or move to off-line locations that don’t consume productive machine cycle time.
- Welding, brazing and sintering in high vacuum / high temperature: Designing machinery and tooling for these harsh difficult high temperature and corrosive environments. Expertise and familiarity with the design and working of the materials used for these systems: molybdenum, tungsten, titanium, quartz, graphite, carbides and machinable ceramics.
