Ownership:
Michael Goldberg has over thirty years of engineering and engineering management experience.  After twenty years in various industry positions, his entrepreneurial instincts prevailed and he formed MTM Company in 1990. Holder of several patents, Mike has two degrees and is a SME and NSF certified engineer.  From many years specializing in pull type manufacturing and improving manufacturing systems, he has a passion for designing products that are eminently producible and best utilize your manufacturing environment.  It is because of his success at homogenizing design and manufacturing expertise that his career has migrated from the exclusive province of manufacturing to one in which design is the major role.  Skill levels are kept "state of the art" with constant continuing education.

My goal is to fill a niche that neither contract engineering firms nor temporary agencies effectively fill by providing a homogenous design and manufacturing consulting service.  My design skills have evolved as the maturation of my manufacturing expertise.  My commitment is to meet your needs and support your dedication to providing a quality end product.  I will undertake contract engineering position roles from Design and Manufacturing support to Project or Departmental Management.
